What size shinguards should I get?
The size of the shinguards depends on your height. Here is a size chart:

Small: 140-160cm
Medium: 150-170cm
Large: 170-180cm
Extra Large: 180-190cm

Our shinguards can fit a bit bigger, so please take that into account.

Can I order a product that is sold out?
If one of our products is sold out and you would like it. Please let us know on info@kunegear.com and we will let you know when we expect that product to arrive again.

If we don't produce that product anymore, we can also advize you on an alternative that suits your needs.
What size boxing gloves should I order
Your size gloves based on your weight. So the fit of boxing gloves can vary slightly from brand to brand. Still, in most cases you can make an estimate based on your body weight. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
Do you have a physical store?
Right now, we don't have a physical store, but you can find our products in selected stores. You can find those stores on the Find a Store page.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy can be found at the bottom or our webpage, called Shipping & Returns.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. If your order is placed before 17:00 and all products are available, we will ship your order the same day. Our shipping partners usually delivers your order in the Benelux the next working day. If you order outside of Belgium, The Netherlands or Luxemburg, your shipping could take significantly longer.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs can differ between country and the amount you order. Please check your shipping costs in your shopping cart.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You enter the discount code during checkout. On the page where you enter your details, you will find a bar where the discount code can be entered.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna (NL & DE), Bancontact. After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. You will receive another email once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
How do I place an order?

1. Shopping Cart

Select the size for your equipment or apparel and use the “ADD TO CART” button.

Review your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can delete items from your shopping cart or change the quantity and size. If everything is alright, click on ”CHECKOUT” to proceed with your order.

2. Personal Details

Enter your personal details and address. If you have an kune account, simply log in and everything is filled in with your information. If you don't have a kune account you can either create one, or checkout as a guest.

3. Delivery

Enter the delivery address details. The delivery address can be different from your home address.

4. Check

This is the last step before finalizing your order. Check the order details and if everything looks good, click continue.
Can I become a partner of kune?
Please send an email to info@kunegear.com with more information about yourself or event. kune receives a high volume of sponsorship requests and proposals, so please do not be disappointed if we are unable to help.
How can I become a member of kune.club?
You can only become a member of kune.club when you purchase equipment. When you order, you will receive an email explaining how you can sign up to kune.club, or when you receive your product you can scan the QR code on the tags.
